PRESS RELEASE: Ropali revives Partakan Fest, partners with MMDA for safe riding
ROPALI MOTORCYCLES brings back the Partakan Festival 2024, one of the biggest motorcycle riding events in the Philippines with its two advocacies – encouraging safe riding and promoting the best destinations in the North through motorcycle tourism.
The Partakan Festival 2024 will be in the Holy Week season, starting March 27, 2024, until March 30, 2024. The main event will be at Pozo Robo Beach Resort Club in Sta. Ana, Cagayan. There will be 500 riders expected to join in this endeavor, mostly coming from Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
Ropali Motorcycles partnered with the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) to promote and remind our attendees of the importance of safe motorcycle riding.
“It is always in the core of Ropali Motorcycles is the promotion of safety motorcycle riding, and we know MMDA is one of the government agencies in our country that champions this advocacy, especially since some of our rider-participants will be coming from Metro Manila or will pass through the region going to our main event in Cagayan,” Ariane Arabel Alingog-Claro, Ropali Motorcycles President, said.
Ropali has been one of the partners of MMDA in promoting ride safety, particularly when the motorcycle dealer donated motorcycle units when the MMDA launched its Motorcycle Riding Academy in 2023.
Aside from safety riding, the comeback of the Partakan Festival aims to promote motorcycle tourism in the North. Our rider-participants are encouraged to visit the best destinations in the Ilocos Region while enroute to the main Partakan Festival event, such as Agoo’s Minor Basilica and Diocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Charity, Luna’s Baluarte Watch Tower, Luna, La Union, Vigan’s Calle Crisologo, San Agustin Church of Paoay, Bangui Windmills, and Patapat Bridge, in Pagudpud.
The rider-participants shall post on their social media the places they visited and share with the world the beauty of tourism in Northern Luzon. Alingog-Claro noted that “Ropali believes that Ilocos Region has one of the best tourist destinations in the country, and it is so much in line with the idea of moto-tourism because a lot of its scenic spots here are easily accessible, even if you ride through the motorcycle.”
During the main event in Pozo Robo Beach, Sta. Ana, Cagayan, the highlights of the festival are the motorcycle activities such as the Invitational Flat Track, Enduro Cross, Motorcycle Test Rides, band performances, beach activities, and more.
The riding activity is open to all types of motorcycles – from low engine displacements to big bikes – who may join the Partakan Festival. Registration is FREE for the first 500 rider-registrants. To register visit https://partakan.ropali.ph
