PAMASKONG HANDOG 2024

The Holiday Season is coming and we are very grateful to present our Pamaskong Handog 2024 Promo:

MECHANICS:

1. PROMO PERIOD: The Pamaskong Handog (shall be referred here as the “Promo”) shall run from October 15, 2024 to December 31, 2024 (shall be referred here as the “Promo Period”).
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Promo is open to all Ropali Motorcycles customers (shall be referred here as the “Customers”) who will buy a motorcycle unit either by cash basis or installment at any Ropali Motorcycle branches nationwide.
3. SHARETREATS’ AS A PLATFORM: ShareTreats is Ropali’s partner in giving gifts to our customers this coming Holiday and Christmas Season. ShareTreats is an online platform where Ropali can send gifts such as grocery vouchers through SMS or Email.
4. AMOUNT OF ELECTRONIC VOUCHER: All successfully invoiced Customers within the promo period will receive P1,500 or P1,000 worth electronic voucher (shall be referred here as “Electronic Voucher”) from ShareTreats depending on the motorcycle unit. Only successfully invoiced clients within the promo period shall be entitled to the electronic vouchers.
5. MOTORCYCLE UNITS: Here is the list of motorcycle units eligible for the Promo:

1. PARTICIPATING ROPALI BRANCHES & PARTNER MERCHANTS: All eligible customers shall receive Electronic Vouchers and redeem it at the nearest partner merchants of ShareTreats such as SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket, Savemore, Robinsons Supermarket, Robinsons Easymart, and Puregold Grocery Stores (shall be referred here as the “Partner Merchants of ShareTreats”). 2. EXTRACTION PROCESS: Ropali will extract from its system and identify Customers who are eligible to receive the Electronic Voucher.
3. NOTIFICATION PROCESS: All eligible Customers shall be notified via SMS about the voucher. The said SMS shall also include the voucher code that shall be used to claim in the Partner Merchants of ShareTreats.
4. REDEMPTION MECHANICS: Here are the mechanics to redeem and the Terms of Use of the Electronic Vouchers at the Partner Merchants of ShareTreats. These are based on the provided mechanics of ShareTreats.

REDEMPTION AT SM SUPERMARKET, SM HYPERMARKET, & SAVEMORE:

How to Redeem Treats

1. Present the code to the Cashier for verification when paying for your transaction.
2. Once validated by the Cashier, the SM Gift Pass Choice amount will be deducted from the transaction value. Excess amount shall be paid by other payment methods available to the store.
3. Purchased items will be released after payment.

Terms of Use

• SM Gift Pass Choice is valid immediately after receiving it.
• The SM Markets SM Gift Pass Choice can only be redeemed at participating merchant branches.
• SM Gift Pass Choice is valid for single transactions only. Any unused amount will be forfeited.
• SM Gift Pass Choice are not valid for promotional and seasonal items.
• Order cannot be cancelled once processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.
• The recipient accepts full responsibility for the safekeeping of the SM Gift Pass Choice as the Merchant cannot replace it once lost or stolen. This should only be presented to the branch/store crew. Share Treats is not liable for any misused codes.
• The Merchant is responsible for the quality of their products and/or services.

REDEMPTION AT ROBINSONS SUPERMARKET & EASYMART:

How to Redeem Treats

1. Simply present the SMS or Email with Treats unique Barcode to the store for verification.
2. Tell the store frontliner that you want to claim Treats.
3. Purchased items will be released once the unique Barcode has been scanned and verified by the store.

Note: To avoid code scanning issues, please disable your phone’s ‘Dark Mode’ feature.

Terms of Use

• e-Gift Certificate has a unique Barcode and must be shown from a phone or any electronic device. Printed Barcode will not be accepted.
• e-Gift Certificate can be used for multiple purchases provided that enough credit is available.
• e-Gift Certificate are only valid for regular priced items.
• e-Gift Certificate is not exchangeable for cash or credit and can’t be used in conjunction with any other promo or discount.
• Extra charges will apply if a purchase exceeds the value of the e-Gift Certificate.
• The recipient accepts full responsibility for the safekeeping of this e-Gift Certificate as the Merchant cannot replace once lost or stolen.
• Order cannot be cancelled once processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.
• e-Gift Certificate can also be used to redeem from the participating Robinsons stores

REDEMPTION AT PUREGOLD STORES:

How to Redeem Treats

1. Simply present the SMS or Email with the Treats code to the store for verification.
2. Tell the store frontliner that you want to claim Treats.
3. Treats will be released once the code has been verified by the store.

Terms of Use

• eVoucher code is valid immediately after receiving it and until the valid period. (Please refer to SMS or Email received)
• It can be redeemed only in participating Merchant branches.
• eVoucher is for one-time use only.
• eVoucher cannot be used if the total purchase is lower than the amount value of the voucher code.
• Extra charges will apply to items purchased in excess value of the eVoucher.
• eVoucher cannot be used to purchase cigarette and tobacco products.
• eVoucher is not exchangeable for cash or credit and can’t be used in conjunction with any other promo or discount.
• Order cannot be cancelled once processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.
• eVoucher may not be redeemed when the store is offline or out of stock.
• The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eVoucher code. This should only be presented to the branch/store crew. Share Treats is not liable for any misused codes.
• The Merchant is responsible for the quality of their products and/or services.

10. NON-TRANSFERABLE: Electronic vouchers are not transferrable or convertible to cash.
11. REPORTING PERIOD: Customers shall inform Ropali if they did not receive any electronic voucher by reason of changing phone numbers, lack of signal in area, or for whatever reason it may be, until January 31, 2025. Failure to inform shall tantamount to invalidity of the eligibility to the Promo. All questions or disputes regarding the Customer’s eligibility for the Promo, coverage of date and fulfillment shall be resolved by Ropali.
12. SAFEKEEPING TERMS: It is the customers’ responsibility to safekeep the redemption information, including the electronic voucher code to avoid any redemption issues and fraudulent claims.
