January 12 shocked Luzon and put to test the resolve of the people of Batangas, Cavite, and Tagaytay as they experienced devastation brought about by the sudden eruption of the Taal volcano. Alert Level 4 was raised wreaking havoc in the area and frightening the residents in Southern Luzon. Ropali branches and staff in the mentioned areas were not spared from the the tragedy. 

 To give back the support and trust that the people have been giving to the company over the years, Ropali conducted the Malasakit program in its Sto. Tomas branch in Maharlika Highway, Barangay San Antonio, Santo Tomas, Batangas on February 3, 2020. The purpose of the program was to uplift the spirits of the victims of the Taal Volcano debacle last month.

An addition to the free services offered by the company, there were free change oil, oil washing, and inserting of anti-rust. To spice up the ‘LinisMOTO’ drive and make people happy, Ropali conducted several creative games such as ‘ Iputok MOTO’, ‘Sweet MOTO’ - this was for the kids of the participants, a Videoke challenge, ‘Pabitin’, and so much more.
