50^th Year Anniversary Raffle Draw

RAFFLE MECHANICS:

1. Eligibility:
   • Open to all customers who purchase a unit or avail of services from ROPALI MOTORCYCLES during the promo period.
   • No Ropali Motorcycles Employees and his or her relatives up to the 4th civil degree of consanguinity or affinity, including those who are common law spouse or live-in partner, as well as the latter’s relatives of the same civil degree may join in this activity. 
2. Promo Period:
   • The raffle promo will run from May 16, 2025 to May 10, 2026.
3. How to Join:
   • For every purchase of a motorcycle unit, customers will receive three (3) digital raffle entries.
   • For every sales transaction of spare parts for a minimum of P1,000.00, customers will receive one (1) digital raffle entry.
   • For every paid services acquired from any Ropali branches, customers will receive one (1) digital raffle entry.
   • Raffle Draw and prizes will happen on several dates. (Please check the dates and prizes below)
   • Winners will be announced via Facebook Live and will be posted on all Ropali Motorcycles official social media accounts and website.
   • Winners will also be notified via SMS text, phone call, and via registered mail. 
4. Raffle Draw Requirements:
   • Names coming from Ropali System and based on Sales Invoice shall be extracted and used for digital raffle draw.
   • The raffle names shall be checked by the Audit Department
   • The raffle draw shall be supervised by DTI Representative.
5. Terms & Conditions:
   • Winners shall visit the Ropali Motorcycles branch where they purchased their motorcycles, acquire spare parts, and availed of services.
   • Winners shall bring a valid government ID card as proof of their identity.
   • All raffle prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash, except cash prizes. Exception thereto, are Travel Trip prizes which is transferable, but not convertible to cash.
   • A person can only win ones per draw date. If a person wins more than once per draw date, the winner shall be allowed to receive only the prize of higher value, and the lower value prize shall be re-raffled to a different winner.
   • Travel Trip prizes are valid, must be claimed, and consummated within six (6) months from the date of claiming the prizes for international trip, and one (1) year for domestic trip.
   • Unclaimed prizes after 90 days from the receipt of the registered mail shall be forfeited with prior DTI approval
   • If a person wins more than once per draw date, the winner shall be allowed to receive only the prize of higher value, and the lower value prize shall be re-raffled to a different winner.
   • Ropali Motorcycles shall shoulder the following taxes, duties, and regulation fees:
     • 20% Prize Tax on all prizes, whether in cash or in kind, in excess of P10,000.00
     • Registration Fee and TPL Insurance for the motorcycle prizes
     • Travel taxes and duties for Trip Prizes
   • Necessary travel documents and other expenses for local and international trip prizes shall be shouldered by the winner.
   • Other details of Travel Trip Prizes:
     • Local Domestic Trip shall include:
       1. Flight ticket Manila-Caticlan-Manila (MLA-MPH-MLA) for two
       2. Three days and two nights (3D2N) accommodation
     • International Trip shall include:
       1. Flight ticket Manila-Ho Chi Minh-Manila (MLA-SGN-MLA) for two
       2. Three days and two nights (3D2N) accommodation
